Status of Code Enforcement Case
To check on the status of a code enforcement case follow the instructions based on your submission method:
SUBMITTED ONLINE
- When you submit your issue online at eTRAKiT make sure to enter your contact information (Name, Phone, and Email). You can also include your address, but it’s optional.
- Submit Your Complaint:
- Click the “Submit” button.
- Get Your Issue Number:
- After submitting, the page will refresh, and you’ll see a message that says, “Your Issue has been submitted. Issue Number is: ______.”
- If you chose to remain anonymous, write down your Issue Number right away. You’ll need it to check the status of your case later.
- Check Your Email:
- If you provided your contact information, your Issue Number will be sent to your email. If you didn’t provide this information and navigate away from the page, it will be difficult for us to update you on your case.
- Visit eTRAKiT:
- Visit eTRAKiT and navigate to “search issues” under “Report an Issue.”
- Enter information as required (either Issue Number, Last Name, Phone or Email; note that two items of information must be provided to move forward).
- Important: If you want to receive an email confirmation of your issue submission, you must include your contact information. All your details will remain confidential and won’t be shared with the public unless required by a court. You can choose to remain anonymous, but if you do, you won’t receive an email confirmation and must note your Issue Number when you submit your issue.
