Payoff Demands and Request for Reconveyances
Citizens with First Time Home Buyer (FTHB) or Residential Rehabilitation (RR) Loans who would like to request a payoff demand should provide the Community Development Department with the following information via email.
- Name of Homeowner and Address
- Homeowner’s Contact Information
- A Copy of the Deed of Trust/Grant Deed and/or Preliminary Title Report
- If an Equity Share is required, a recent appraisal to determine the Fair Market Value
Once the City is in receipt of a fully paid off loan, the City will prepare a reconveyance to remove the lien from the property.
