Land Use and Zoning Information
Citizens can obtain information about the land use designation and zoning of any parcel in the City online.
Citizens may contact the Planning Division with questions about the land use designation, zoning, and potential land uses of properties by email, the Department phone line (510-724-8912), the Planning Manager phone (510-724-9842), during open Permit Counter hours on Wednesdays from 1-3pm, or by individual appointment scheduled by email.

The LIT Program is for teens entering 10th through 12 grades and is a 10-week program during Summer camp. Hours vary within the following parameters Monday through Friday, 7 am -6 pm. The LIT Program activities are primarily focused on developing skills of teamwork, managing small and large groups of youth, developing and implementing activities, and learning entry-level job skills of a Recreation Leader. Country Western Line Dancing is a fun dance class that goes over the basic fundamentals of line dancing at a pace suited for all skill levels of dancers. The class goes over line formation, synchronization, and movement sequence while accompanied by fast up beat music. Line Dancing takes place on Mondays at 10 am in the Main Hall of the Senior Center.

The Pinole Senior Center offers delicious and freshly prepared meals Wednesday through Friday in the main hall from 12 pm – 1 pm. All lunch orders are packaged To-Go and include utensils and napkins. Sit down dining is available. Tables and chairs are set in the Main Hall during our lunch service Wednesday through Friday for anyone who would like to enjoy their meal at the center. Lunch reservations are required as meals will be made based on the number of orders received. Walk up lunch orders are not available. To place an order for a lunch or any questions please call the Kitchen To-Go line at (510) 418-0313. The menu changes monthly, visit our website Senior Center – City of Pinole, CA to view the menu.
