File a Claim
Claims against the City of Pinole are submitted to the City Clerk’s office. Once received, the claimant will receive a letter from Municipal Pooling Authority indicating the claim has been received and is being investigated. You will receive an explanation of the investigation results within 45 days in most instances.

The City Clerk is the filing official for the Campaign Financial Disclosure Statements and Statements of Economic Interests, as required by State law.
The City Council, the City Treasurer, Planning Commissioners, the City Manager and the City Attorney are positions identified in Government Code Section 87200, and file statements of economic interests with the Fair Political Practices Commission.

Food Distribution
The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano County provides free bags of fresh produce every second Monday of the month. The next drive-thru distribution is held at the Pinole Senior Center parking lot, 2500 Charles Ave from 9 AM to 10 AM (or as supplies last). You do NOT need to be a member of the Pinole Senior Center or a senior to receive food. Quantities are limited. First come first serve. One bag per household. This will be a contact-less event, please follow the directions from staff and volunteers when you arrive.

The Gift Shop at the Pinole Senior Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm. The shop offers a wide variety of items donated from our community ranging from glassware, fabric, jewelry, and more. All items are marked at unbeatable prices. We kindly ask donations be gently used and in a re-sellable condition. Donations can be dropped off during Gift Shop hours. Members of the Senior Center who are crafters are able to sell their handmade items for consignment in the Gift Shop.
