Housing Element Sites Inventory

The 2023-2031 Housing Element contains a residential sites inventory, which identifies sites with potential for housing development based on zoning capacity and site characteristics that may provide opportunity for additional development/redevelopment.

The sites inventory information is presented below. General descriptions of the sites can be found on pages 223-224 of the Housing Element. Being identified as a site in the sites inventory does not necessarily mean that the site will be developed, or that sites not shown on the sites inventory could not be developed. Proposed development would require approval of the property owner(s) of the site, as well as approval through the City’s permitting process.
