EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENTS

The Human Resources Department represents the City Council and City Manager on all labor negotiation and grievance matters with bargaining unit representatives of recognized employee organizations. 

Labor negotiations is the process in which Human Resources and bargaining unit representatives bargain in good faith about wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment, including ways to balance work and family, and more.
