With the goal of strengthening communications and community engagement, the City of Pinole adopted the Communication and Engagement Plan in 2021. We are well on our way to achieving the next level of success when it comes to reaching and engaging constituents. The City of Pinole has started building a strong foundation for its communications efforts through many channels, including the monthly Beat of Pinole. “The Beat of Pinole” is a series of monthly videos produced by Pinole Community Television (PCTV) where I talk about items of interest that we think all Pinoleans should know about.
