How to report an Issue to Pinole Code Enforcement

Enter in the issue and issue location.
- Select an Issue Type. You will be presented with a brief list of general categories of issues. Select one.

Type in a description of the issue in the “Issue Description” field. Note: once you submit your issue you’ll be provided with an opportunity to upload any photographs or other attachments on a subsequent page.

Enter in the address where the issue is and press “Search”. A dropdown field will appear under “select address below”. Use the dropdown to select the correct address. Failure to provide the address of complaint may result in no response by Code Enforcement.

Enter in your contact information, so that we can update you on the status of the issue.
- Enter your Name, Phone, Email, and optionally, your address. If you would like to receive an email confirmation of your issue submission, you need to include your contact information. All complainant information is confidential and never released to the public unless compelled to in court. Note: You may choose to remain anonymous. If you choose to remain anonymous you will not receive an email confirmation with your Issue Number.
- Click “Submit”

Receive your Issue Number and submit any attachments/photographs.
- The page will refresh after you click “submit”. Under the instructions you will see “Your Issue has been submitted. Issue Number is: ______” If you chose to not provide contact information and remained anonymous, please write down your Issue Number in order to check on the status of the case in the future. If you haven’t provided contact information, once you navigate away from the page, it will be challenging for us to update you on the case.
- You will see “Step 2: Add Attachments/Upload Pictures (if any)
- Click the “select” button next to Filename and navigate to your attachment(s)
- Add a short description of the attachment in the prompt space.
- Click “upload”
