Public Purchase TM maintains the City’s list of interested vendors on behalf of the City. Interested vendors can add their name to the list at anytime by notifying Public Purchase TM of their interest in jobs listed by the City of Pinole. The list is updated continuously.
Vendors must be registered and logged into Public Purchase to view and download the bid documents. The recommended web browser is Internet Explorer.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms are strongly encouraged to participate in the City of Pinole’s contract opportunities. City projects funded in whole or in part with federal funding sources are subject to DBE requirements set forth in Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 26, and the State of California Department of Transportation DBE Program Plan, as well as other Caltrans guidelines. For these projects, specific DBE requirements and project goals are detailed in the project’s bid specifications.
