Engineering & Administration

Our engineer and staff are responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of capital projects, permitting traffic flow, safety, and infrastructure within the city.

The City has an exclusive franchise agreement with Richmond Sanitary Service, a subsidiary of Republic Services.
