The city partnership enables the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District (CCCFPD, “Con Fire”) to provide full operation of fire services in the City of Pinole, including the operation of both Fire Station 73 and Fire Station 74.
HR manages the City’s personnel functions through administration, records maintenance, recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training, and risk management.
PCTV provides quality broadcasting, ancillary video and audio services to the City of Pinole, other organizations and the broader community. PCTV informs the public of the City’s operations and events.
The Planning Division administers and implements the General Plan and Zoning Code for the City. It processes land use and development applications, which include use permits, design review requests, and subdivisions.
