Claims

Claims against the City of Pinole are submitted to the City Clerk’s office. Once received, the claimant will receive a letter from Municipal Pooling Authority indicating the claim has been received and is being investigated. You will receive an explanation of the investigation results within 45 days in most instances. For more information about the claim process, please call the City Clerk at 510-724-8928.
