Fernandez Park Summer 2024 Lineup

As the summer sun warms up the Bay Area, residents of Pinole have something extra to look forward to this season. The City of Pinole has announced its eagerly anticipated lineup of movies and concerts in the park, set to bring entertainment and community spirit under the open sky.

Starting in July on select dates, Fernandez Park will transform into a lively venue for families and friends to gather and enjoy a variety of cinematic and musical experiences. The Summer series provides free, accessible entertainment for all ages.

Pinole Cinema movie nights will take place on select Fridays, offering films chosen by residents through a survey earlier this year. Movie-goers are encouraged to pack their blankets, lawn chairs, and picnic baskets for an evening of cinematic magic under the stars. The Pinole Cinema schedule is as follows:

Friday, July 26, sundown; The Super Mario Bros Movie

Friday, August 9, sundown: Jurassic Park

In addition to movie nights, the Summer series will feature live concerts on designated Saturdays, showcasing talented local musicians and bands. Energetic concerts will add a vibrant soundtrack to Summer evenings in Pinole. The concert schedule is as follows:

Thursday, July 18, 6-8pm: Musical performance by La Gente SF

Thursday, August 1, 6-8pm: Musical performance by Afroholix
